Capacitive remote transmission magnetic flap level gaugeUsing the principle of a connector, the flange is connected to the container through gas and liquid phase connections. According to the principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling, the magnetic float inside the measuring cylinder (i.e. the connector) drives the dual color magnetic flip plate on the external display of the measuring cylinder to flip as the measured liquid level rises (falls). When the liquid level rises, the magnetic float drives the flipping column to rotate 180 °, displaying red or green; When the liquid level drops, the magnetic float drives the flip column to rotate 180 ° in the opposite direction, displaying white. The height of the red (or green) band is the height of the measured liquid surface, which achieves the purpose of measuring and displaying the position of the measured liquid (boundary) surface.
Each magnetic flip plate is a dual color axially symmetrical structure, with a spacing of 10mm between the two magnetic flip plates. White and red (green) are used to indicate the gas phase and liquid phase, respectively. The junction of red (or green) and white is the boundary between the liquid phase and the gas phase. This level gauge can measure both the liquid level and the interface between two different density media.

5. Not affected by the physical and chemical state of the tested medium. For example, the conductivity, dielectric constant, foam, pressure, temperature, evaporation, boiling, bubbles and other effects of the medium. Widely used for measuring various strong and weak corrosive, flammable and explosive, toxic, highly radioactive, agitated, and polluted liquid surfaces and interfaces;
6. Single pole single throw (SPST) and single pole double throw (SPDT) passive bistable magnetic switches can be optionally selected to achieve high and low liquid level, interface control or alarm. The number of magnetic switches is not limited.
7. Optional reed switch liquid level sensor or capacitive two-wire liquid level sensor, outputting 4-20m ADC (or with HART protocol) signal, realizing remote centralized measurement and control.
8. The two-line liquid level sensor can be equipped with a 0.56 'LED digital display for easy night observation.
